He has suprised me with the amount of support he has. He has a chance, but I think Rudy and McCain are up a step on him right now. Not too many people know anything about him except that he's Mormon. The man is brilliant. Just look at what he did with the 2002 Olympics in Utah. He also balanced the budget for Massachusetts while he was governor without raising taxes. Unfortunately, there are lots of people that won't vote for him just becuase he's Mormon.

For someone who has been pretty high profile the last twelve years- and people forget he ran the Salt Lake winter Olympics in 2002 and lost for the Senate against Kennedy in 1994- he has very little name recognition. I think if push came to shove McCain and Guliani can rough him up. Let's see if he can shake things up with fundamentalist christians in Iowa. Ironically, despite the fact he was the neighboring governor, he has no hope of New Hampshire coming to the recue if he fails a week before.
