Buy a cheap version of Windows XP at a store like www.bestbuy.com
They are $100 or so? It will be an investment for one you have already made.

If i were you I would install Windows XP. Thats the BEST thing to do. And besisdes.... no one uses windows 98 anymore

I would HIGHLY suggest purchasing a new computer, even if it is the cheapest dell for $300 it will be eons ahead of your 98'

don't buy a new computer. just go to the store and buy windows xp or 2000. it shouldn't cost more than a couple hundred dollars.

In the setup instructions that came with the ipod, there is information on what to do. It tells you to go to the apple website and download a program so it will work.

you could download limewire and also download itunes and then you download the music onto limewire then launch it onto itunes, plug the ipod into the computer and download the music onto it..GOOD LUCK! ( D
