Go bar hopping. Look in the bars. You don't have to stay.
Be like a detective.
If your not finding one, Ask a gay guy/lesbian woman in one of the bars where the gay bar is.
He/she will probably tell you.
Or you can just look for the most flamboyantly colored bar around downtown.
Looks like a parade smashed into a wall usually at the entrance.
Go there.
Look for the color. Lots of happy people. Happier laughter than that of the other bars. Bright sculptured hair.

purchas a copy of Damon's Gay Guide to the U.S.A. as this book has a lot of listings. if you can't find it in a regular book store an adult store can get it for you.

Look it up in your phone book...In the yellow pages...If not, There are always some downtown...You just have to ask or look for one. Good luck!!
