daughter, unless she is really young, which probably means that his wife would be the regent for the girl.
the girl would be the next ruler because she is the one who is of william's blood line. if he didn't have any children, then it would go to his brother.

his daughter will become queen (possibly with a regent) but if he has no children it will go to his brother i think if not his brother than his wife im not sure about that part but all of this could be very confused because he could say something different in his will and then there would be more confusion but kings don't do that like at all now a days so if he were king and died the throne would go to his daughter

Upon King William's death his eldest child is likely to be proclaimed monarch but, in the event of them being under 18 years old Parliament would designate a Regent to rule in the monarch's name until the 18th birthday. I say "likely" because in theory Parliament can designate anyone they like to be monarch, although the simplest line of succession is always the least controversial. Queen Mother (as in the late Queen Elizabeth) is a title and does not have to relate to the mother of the queen. Elizabeth ll created her mother Queen Mother (rather that Dowager Queen) shortly after acceeding in 1952

2 Scenario's - depending on whether his wife is still alive.
#1 - William dies after Charles and his Daughter is The Queen of England, with either her Mother as Queen Regeant in her NAME until she is 18 or of age. If her mother is dead also, then;
#2 - Andrew, her Uncle is Prince Regeant until she comes of rightful age, then she takes over.
