You might be able to cable it to some existing structure to hold it in place till it heals, if you have to top it, saw it at an angle close to a lateral branch. so as to prevent rot and disease. Then wait and see.

Leave it alone, let the ice melt-it may straighten on its own. My mother had a pine tree that ice pulled down to the ground, was bent double. I did use a hose and washed it down to get rid of some of the ice, not all of it. The tree took about a year, but finally stood back completely straight, is now about 40 ft high-was 20 ft back then.

Yes and yes. Watch for boring insects this spring and early summer. The smell of wounded trees sometimes attracts them.
