in every category there is at least 1, although i do hate the people who rate thumbs down just cause they disagree-
when i see a whole bunch of answers with thumbs down, i give them ALL thumbs up, even if i disagree with the answer--take that!

I've noticed it too. It's really annoying. If the guy doesn't like manga/anime, why on earth is he reading this section and taking the time to rate everybody?

there always seems to be a random person that does this,and Ive asked the same ? a couple months ago,but it was in music category,and Ive noticed it elsewhere
