having broad shoulders is not something people normally notice on someone...actually, you can't really notice at all. it's just your body, and shoulders are just one small part of it. most people are looking at your face anyway...but if you really feel that you want to cover it up, stripes (vertical or horizontal) can make your shoulders look more petite.

There are many good books on fashion available through your local public library. They can do a much better job of explaining what you want to know that anybody on the Internet.

honestly i dont know. i have had the same problem all my life. black on top is the only thing that i have found that works.
