Thise "dirtsheet" websites take all their information from many sources.
1. Other dirtsheets
2. WWE.com official notes.
3. Leaked information by interview.
There also may be more but also they write it out so that if it dosn't happen they can just take it back and not many people get angry at them.

Alot of them show information from earlier tapings, such as when results and match commentaries are shown early. eg, smackdown is often taped 3 or 4 days before it is aired.

as the responder mentioned, its leaked intentionally. they will let a few sources know whats bound to happen and then those sources will write up gossip columns on whats comming up
