forget England.......join an English class first. There's no word called "founded".

Correct Ques: Who discovered/found England?
Correct Answer: not me, anyway!

Buzz Bomb is quite correct.
However, no-one can "found" a country. Who founded India for example. You could say that Mahatma Gandhi was a founding father of the country, in the same way that Americans regard the arrival of white settlers from the UK as their Founding Fathers.
English history, as does Indian, goes back way to far to pick on any point in time as a "founding" point.
