The first time, I was 19 and "in luv". I was too young to know what real love was...hadn't had enough life experience but he was 5 yrs older and crazy about me, and proposed and I was ready to move out of Mom's house and be 'grown up'. It lasted 7 years before we separated.
The second time, I was 28-ish (maybe 29). I was insecure, overweight, and felt like it might be my "last chance" so I married a guy I'd been dating whom I thought I loved. In a way I probably did, but we weren't a good match and went our separate ways 17 months later.
That's when I learned that I'd rather be alone the rest of my life, than be with someone and be unhappy...never settle.
A decade or so later I'm still single and not regretting it.

I find that women say yes because its hard to say no, I got married for love...but you can fall out of love. You can get married for lust, then fall in love. It's never for sure. If you know that you have made a mistake, and if you know that you will never love the person you are married to (because you do know, even if you repress it, you know) you should leave, it's not fair to either of you to be married if love isn't coming from both ways.
