Well first you would have to know someone in the music industry to get you in contact with them. Like on My super sweet 16 all the kids who get performers parents are within the record industry or have a status where they can get in contact with those people. If you parents are like the people on the show have em call. Otherwise just get a cool local DJ and a cut out poster of the person you wish was there!
