Not sure if looking for cheapest is your best bet. You want authentic and just because they give you a certificate of authenticity does not make it real.
I owned a memorabilia shop for 14 years and only dealt with two dealers.
Look up Thrill of Victory and Greg Tucker autographs. They are two of the most well respected companies around. Again, may not be the cheapest, but their stuff is real.

You can by a magazine or newspaper called collectors digest it has pages of place you can send off to get autographs and upcoming auctions that you can get things. I believe it comes out weekly

eBay. Some people sell stuff on eBay and don't know their true value.
