"Frigid" mean "cold". In common parlance, it's used to describe a woman who is sexually inhibited or unresponsive to amorous advances.
"Prude" is an adjective used to describe someone who finds sexuality distasteful.

Frigid is just the way someone or something is, either being cold, or not moving. Like saying that lady or gentleman is so frigid. Or saying that pole is frigid because it's so cold outside. Prude is the some people are, more pointing towards a relationship status. But this word means that they are either not ready to do something, saying that person is being prudish. Or it means that they are afraid of what will happen if they go too far. Being prude and being prudish are the same in many ways. Hope that helps:)
