MGM Grand has the most hotel rooms (and their parent company, MGM-Mirage owns the vast majority of rooms on the strip with Bellagio, Mandalay Bay, The Mirage, and so on also under their ownership).

The biggest hotel in Las Vegas is the MGM. It's a nice hotel and the casino is not bad either. I won $1500 on the dollar slots in the first 5 minutes I sat down and that was off a $20 bill. I had only spent $9 of it. So, I would say their slots pay out pretty good. My sister was sitting 2 rows over from me and she hit $600 on the dollar slots. Almost same time, but I think she had put in $40 and spent most of it before she hit.

Great question but the answer varies as new ones are built. I do believe that MGM is the reigning champ in terms of room numbers.
I do know that 8 of the 10 biggest hotels in the world are located on Las Vegas Boulevard aka The Strip!

I know this sounds strange but try eBay! Two years ago we rented a condo ON THE STRIP during the NAB when you can't buy a hotel room in Vegas. It was about $1400 for the week but it had 3 bedrooms/baths, full kitchen everything. Depending on what time of year it is, I'm sure there are lots of condos available for even a few days. Research the sellers feedback rating. If I can locate the contact info of the person we rented from I will send it to you through Yahoo Answers. I believed they lived in KCMO or KCKS. Somewhere in Missouri or Kansas.

MGM Grand, just over 5000 rooms I think. Also the biggest casino floor.
I think after next phase of construction the Venetian will be bigger.

The last I heard Venetian had the most rooms but I could wrong. If it's not Venetian, I would guess MGM Grand.

not sur if it is the largest , but my favorite is Bellagio, and it is pretty big
