Some bloke with glasses is making a movie, in which he stars, wearing a green cloak. He is using a cine cam and filming 1 second at a time. I remember he makes out that he runs along a wall.
It's not Flash. He wears red.

The guy's name is Mike Jittlov and he was trying to get a job doing stop frame photography.
If you know where I can get it on DVD please let me know
