There are a million reasons for this. BUT - it is your body telling you that something is not right. Did you over exert yourself? Lift something too heavy. Flu and/or Virus? Try aspirin or Tylenol first. Sometimes soaking in the bathtub will relieve tired achy muscles. If it doesn't get better, go to the doctor. Prevention works.

Well I dont recommend any kinds of tylenol, because it doesn't leave the body, and I feel that's why so many people are having liver trouble these days.....so........ they have out a "Sports Cream" that you can buy,, to rub all over those areas that cause you grief!! Good luck to you, hun!!!

Bayer Back & Body aches. My chiropractor got me using it and it is awesome. Works fast too.

Try Pau D'arco tea and Comfrey tea
even Dandelion tea is good!
