does anybody know a book or books that talk about everything that happened during the fall of trebizond including how many troops was there

You will have to work for this one. The date of the fall was 1461. There is a seven-volume "History of Greece" by Finlay (I don't remember his given name) published 1870. Volume 4 of this history relates the histories of all the suuccessor states to the Byzantine Empire that resulted from the Fourth Crusade. In particular, the last part of volume 4 gives a complete history of the Empire of Trebizond. I'm sure you know that David and Alexius Comnenus escaped from Constantinople as it was falling and wen t to Trebizond. David assumed the title of emperor. Their intent was to reconquer and re-establish the empire. At the end of the Empire of Trebizond, there were a lot of strange persons occupying the thone. The book that I talk about is in most university libraries. It cost me $35 to buy the one that I have.
