The problem that you have is that there are not many places that sell this type of system. You would need to look for extremly specialist auctions for this sort of product. I have not personally seen one of these machines for sale but i cant see them being a cheap piece of kit.
And the name you are looking for is Hollerith after Herman Hollerith that inventor of the electric tabulating machine aka a Hollerith system.

Your chances are rather slim! That's 30 years at least I have not seen one of these...
Your best bet, I would guess, are museums, industrial scrap yards, or large computer manufacturers, such as HP or IBM. These might have an antique lost in the loft!
Otherwise, place a querry on Ebay???
