NO, it is NOT okay. I had to put up with that crap all the time when I was young and pretty. It was disgusting to me that the stockholder of the distinguished company I worked for would corner me in the fileroom and tell me dirty stuff or dirty jokes. Sexual harrassment is alive and well in this day and age too. Will men ever learn to keep their dirty comments to themselves?

what do you think? some men talk dirty, and imagine they give other men who don't a bad time, well, did you call the police, do they talk dirty, lol cause they make everyone uncivil, talking dirty is a big joke to some people, but with seriousness, i would put them off, you have a right to work in a free enviorment, free of dirty talk, so tell your employer, or superior, does it effect your work adversly, then object, but do you like it, or are you afraid to object because they will make trouble, i have lived with these troubles all my life, people some of them can and are real jerks, hope to you, and what you need, i hope it soon follows, i am a man who does not talk dirty for women or men, frankly i find such talk very boring and immature, and yes i would like to hear the good news, that you co workers have either been let go or even fined, now they do that in professional sports and other places, so what do you think, is it wrong???????

I'm pretty tired of dirty talk from anyone, anywhere, anytime. By dirty I presume you mean sexual. Think about it- we laugh and sneer at this incredible mysterious experience- what's the deal? Is it too much to handle reverently anymore?

It's not right, and it's not legal, but it still happens. At the p[lace I work it is a common practice, to certain women.

If you don't like it be assertive and let the person who's doing it know. Tell them how you feel and they should stop or else face the appropriate repercussions.

It happens daily - no matter where you work unfortunately. If you have a union then you will be protected. It is very hard to make a sexual harashment suit when you wil have no one to back you up.
