The number on the scale isn't important: it's how you look and feel that matters. Make sure to eat 3 nutritious, well-rounded meals a day and exercise frequently. If you maintain a healthy lifestyle, your body will reflect how you are naturally supposed to look. What's too skinny for some might be the healthy weight for you.

Also, I would stop trying to intentionally gain weight if I were you, because most of the time when people do that they just eat a lot of bad foods, and it's possible to be a "fat" skinny person, meaning you eat a bunch of crap but you're still skinny so you think you're fine.

So the healthiest thing to do would be to eat nutritious meals and exercise and accept the results.

hey I was that skinny till I was about 22. People used to ask me if I was anorexic and the whole thing, but truth is I could eat a pizza in one sitting! It's just youth, I wouldn't worry about it since it sounds like you eat plenty.
I also wouldn't try too hard to gain weight as the things that are going to pack on the pounds are bad for you, and though you might look a healthier weight you could be unhealthy-high cholesterol etc.

It depends on your bone structure and age, but 95 for your height is quite underweight. You need to be at least 116 pounds to have a normal BMI.

A nutritionist is a good idea, but basically try to eat more complex carbs, like whole bran bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, but be careful with sugar and fats.

You should try weight training, because it builds strong and lean muscle.

Try to eat well, but if you don't gain weight after all, you should ask your doctor for a thyroid test, it could be hyperthyroidism, and can be treated.

Take care

I'm exactly the same. I'm tall and thin. My doctor said that a great way to gain weight is to drink Ensure. It's like an energy drink but it gives you lots of calories.

i think that is a bit skinny and you seem to be uncomfortable with that-- i know people likely write your concerns about your weight off bc you're not FAT so "how dare you complain?!!" right?
anyway, i have a very good friend who has struggled withthe same issue-- she tried eating ALOT, loading on protein and calories...but it didnt happen. this was when we were younger, middle school and highschool. now we're in our early twenties and she is filling out nicely. i think its just a matter of time. don;t worry, it'll happen. till then, enjoy eating everything in sight without having to worry! :)

Your lucky but in an unlucky problem! Yes you are a little under weight but you can go to your doctor and get these pills that help you gain a little bit more weight every time you eat.

It's a little on the light side. Beef up to 105. You do this buy some mild weight lifting and add an extra glass of milk to your diet. Ice cream helps too.

Its important not to worry in either direction. Stress is worse for you than being a little under or a little over.

As long as your healthy, eating health, active and happy...then your specific weight/height ratio is not that important.
