The Maya were in southern Mexico, primarily in the Yucatan peninsula and Chiapas state.

The Inca were in the Andes in South America, especially Peru and Boilivia.

The Mayans were older than the aztecs and were from the Yucatan Peninsula and spread more south.
The incas were a empire streaching along the west coast of South America along the mountains and around Venezuala.
These Civilizations were came to be known as Mesoamerica.
They build great monuments such as the Pyramid of the Sun and the moon and also pyramid shaped temples.
The Mayans built great cities and were timming with people until a mysterious decline which still puzzles archiologists today.
The Aztecs are the newest of these civilizations and were around until the spanish invaded them.

Aztecs are from modern day Mexico. The Maya are from Southern Mexico and Central America. The Incas are from the West Coast of South America (Their empire following a thin stretch up the Andes)
