My car din't start today due to cold I have winterizied .was ok. It seems the engine was hesitating to start

How long has it been since it was last started? If it was recently and the car is just hesitating after it has been sitting for a while and has gotten really cold, then its probably a weak battery.

Its either fire or fuel. If the engine was hesitating it sounds like the battery couldn't fire the starter motor good enough to turn the engine over. You could probably get it started with a jump.

Have you changed your battery lately?
