Call them and ask. They will usually tell u what # u are.. When u applied did u get a letter telling you that u were not eligible.. if not, then assume u are on the waiting list..though they usually send u a letter and tell u that u are on the list.. Expect to wait 2-3 years MINIMUM.

I think if you were half as worried about getting a job, as you are getting a hand-out, you wouldn't need government subsidies.
Get a job and a life, even working at McDonald's is better than nothing.
