No it is the exact opposite. A person with HIGH levels of testosterone has a higher sex drive. Its the testosterone hormone that is assosiated with sex drive.

No, women who have low testosterone, (the hormone which creates sex drive in women), do not have a high sex drive. This is evident in menopause especially, when levels are low .

All women have some testosterone, otherwise, they would have no sex drive at all. I think feminists have an awful lot. Make what you will of that.
