Cover windows in black butcher paper(the room you are having the sleepover in.) Hang twinkling light strands all around the party area.
On arrival give each guest a personalized flash light, and a pair of slipper socks.
You can invite your moms favorite hairdresser to spend some time creating new hair dos. Be sure she knows some cool teenage hair styles.
Save the food for later, the first part of the party will be all talking and fun. Send out invitations and ask each girl to bring a sleeping bag. Know anyone who does great nail make overs, all kinds of special polish, invite them to the party. The movie is a great idea,
Ever After would be a good movie to watch. Fix a make ahead french toast with cookie cutters for breakfast the next morning. Have some blueberries and strawberries , cool whip so girls can fix their own topping.
Make a few rules, no gossipping about other girls who are not at party, so no hurt feelings when the girls talk about the party the day after. Have fun.

Make pizza. Chef boy ordee has a good kit, all you need to buy is your toppings and cheese to put on it. I always had so much fun making pizza with my friends. Mom would just give the kitchen to us.
Get a Quja board and ask it silly questions. Make sure you light candles and ask the 'spirits' to surround you. (Rent the movie Quja (I can't spell it))
drink lots of soda, lots and lots. enough caffien and sugar will make anyone giggle lots

Hair and make-up of course!
Is there any brother's around that will actually let you make-up them or paint their toenails? My son let his sister and friends do that. (Then, we figured out we were out of polish remover and her had to go to school and had gym and was freaking someone would see his toes somehow! LOL!)
Get movies for at home too......real scary ones and see who get's more freaked out. Don't forget the popcorn!

Sounds great fun :) you can make popcorn and try on all different kinds of make up on each other and do each others nails its so much fun and you could try out different hairsyles on each other :) i hope i helped it sounds like you allready have a great night planned tho have fun :) x

Aren't you suppose to do each other's hair or something? Tell ghost stories and gossip? Anyways that's what they always show on the movies.
