Vet Nurse is another good one to try, you dodnt really need to be a genius and get high marks at school and you dont need to go to uni for it. Just a Tafe course that I think is for around 3-4 yrs. Also you can get an apprentiship. This involves working with the animals and helping the Vet. Why dont you try your local vet clinic and see if you can do work experience there, you never know they might offer you an apprentiship. Another one perhaps might interest you is being a farm hand on a Dairy Farm, or even a sheep or beef farm. I Know a friend who works at a horse place, but he does the cleaning of the stable and maintenance. Hope that helps.

1. Veterinarian
2. Veterinary assistant
3. Horse breeder/trainer
4. Jockey (ride 'em!)
5. Rodeo clown
6. Zookeeper
There are also specialized jobs at, say, places like Sea World.
You should probably consider being a veterinarian, if you have a slightly enterpreneurial bent. See if you can get your hands on the catalogs for your local colleges, to find out which has an associated veterinary school (not all do).
