The main problem with men taking womens vitamins is the iron in them, remember women lose blood every month so they need the replacement. But men do not - one way to get around this is to donate blood as often as they will allow you.

No they wont hurt you. These vitamins were designed for women because we tend to have deficiencies in these areas, especially those of us in the childbearing age group. It probably would be better if you go and get some vitamins w/ more of what men tend need.

Nope it's all just one big marketing ploy and a BIG LOAD OF
C-R-A-P! Vitamins are vitamins and they work for both men and women. Unless you are speaking of herbal supplements. Those are different. And even if you take those they wouldn't hurt you. However anything including vitamins can hurt you if taken in excess no matter if you are male or female.

If you take the recommended dose there is nothing in there will hurt you. Overdose of some vitamins can hurt men or women. So take them or get your own just for men vitamins.

The only difference between those kind of vitamins for men and women is a dosage of certain speciments. Women need more iron, men need more zinc...blah blah blah. You should be alright, unless you taking her suplements. There might be problem, but not with regular vitamins.
