How will big institutions vote regarding buyout of CMX by CVS?

CMX is 86.6% held by institutional investors. The future of CMX is in the hands of a very few people. Any whispers from portfolio managers on how they plan to vote?

No " whispers", but past experience says everyone will go along..CVS is growing by acquisition, growing means "money"..."money" means the shareholders (instituttional or otherwise) see gains... most don't care whose name is on the building or in the portfolio...just " how we doin'?'
