I'm for equal rights for all. Since same sex couples don't get the same rights that married couples can get, then gay couples should have the right to be married.
Whether you are OK with homosexuality or not is beside the point. If you want to judge this subject based upon biblical morality, then you would want to outlaw non-biblical divorce as well. There is nothing more moral about straight couples getting married a half dozen times, than a gay couple getting married once.
I'm from Kentucky, and despite all the backwards fellow Kentuckians out there, lots of people here would support same sex marriage. Unfortunately, the money in this state supported the ban on it. Nice.

State of Missouri and completely for gay marriage. I am a straight man and 1 year away from my own wedding. I am white and my fiancee is black. Our marriage would have been illegal in most states until the last 50 years or so. And many of hte opponents of interracial marriage at that time stood behind religion to express their opposition. I have no worries that if 2 men or 2 women were allowed to marry it would do anything at all to my marriage, negatively or otherwise. Marriage, in my opinion, is the choice made between two people to show the world that they mean more to each other than anyone else and they have made a lifelong commitment to care for and stand by one another. The ease of divorce and rampant adultery by the heterosexual community has done far more to damage the institution of marriage than gay marriage could ever do.
Those that stand behind Biblical and other religious reasons always fail to understand that their views should not be imposed on others that may not agree. Those of us who are pro-gay marriage are not trying to impose our views on those that disagree. If you don't believe in gay marriage, fine. Don't enter into one. But people should not stand in the way of others' happiness just because you disagree with what makes them happy so long as their decision is not harmful to anyone else. 2 men or 2 women married to each other does no harm to anyone.
The people truly behind the gay marriage opposition are those that stand to be affected financially: health insurance companies would have to offer benefits to a large new group of spouses, government would lose tax money based on a larger number of people filing head of household and joint tax returns with more dependency exemptions, etc.

I'm for gay marriage, why not be. Everyone has a right to do what they want. (unless it's rape or murder, stealing, lying, cheating,) Live and let live. I'm in Indiana. I'm not gay, but there are worse things (since there are those who complain this is bad) that are happening that we need to focus on like education, terrorism, public saftey and drug use, murderers who get out, or are let to go free after a trial, road rage, those are the things I really worry about.

i am totally for it! i think that no one should be told who they can or cannot like. Its like the government controlling the way people feel. i mean if it was the other way around like straight people can't get married i'm sure everyone who is against gays would be like oh well straight people should get married because its more normal. but what is normal anways? nothing! no one chooses to be gay and if they do, good for them! anyone out there who is gay, go for it!

Against---> That's not what God want for his people...then soon:
1. people wanna marry their cousins (male or female)
2. people wanna marry their pets
Their excuse would be..."hey I have the right to do what I want, eh."
