No there is not a funnier word. When we learned in Nursing school we couldn't help but laugh. And sad to say...I have broken my coccyx...for those of you who don't know what that is, it is you tail bone!

Coccyx probably has to be the funniest word of all time. Fortunately, no, I've never broken mine. OUCH!

Funny words? I know a word that is Aufracans-a lingo from South Africa. That sounds English. Biya donki- (Buy a donkey) My fam and friends crack up all the time!!

As George Carlin said, it doesn't even sound like a real word. It sounds like something you say when you can't think of the real word.

Either that or it's something you might yell if you're on fire.
