I'm not entirely sure if this is what you are asking, but the first team to miss the playoffs after winning the Super Bowl (The Previous Season) was the 1968 Packers, who went 6-7-1 following their second Super Bowl Victory (1966, 1967)

steelers are NOT going to be the first team to miss the playoffs two years in a row after a superbowl. the other team was the cowboys and wisconsin once...GO STEELERS
