---depending on what deck you run will determine what is the best card
--"the don" is perfect for hand control and deck destruction prefect for manipulative decks and manipulative players... can change the tide of the game when its effect is activated
--sure the storm is good some say it is a staple... yes it takes out annoying spell or trap cards however so does it to your side... risk averse players need this to wipe out uncertainties in the form of trap cards
--relinquished is not played that much anymore so this is the least card on the list... needs a ritual card to summon and a ritual monster as tribute which i suppose could be a good monster card (unless you used manju to search and in retro use it also for tribute...)
--airknight... now that too is a good card... penetrate your opponent no matter the position (sounds goofy and bad but true) and get to draw a card when damage is done...
---if based on effect they are all equal, if based on monetary value and saleablity (if there is such a word) id go for "the don" with a good effect, attribute and a cool group like the dark scorpion you gotta love that eyepatch

I only know two of these cards which are Heavy Storm and Relinquished. I don't really know the other two cards. (sorry) Anyways, I can only give you a little advice. If you are going against a deck with lots of spell/magic or trap cards, you should put the Heavy Storm card in your deck. If you are going up against a deck with lots of monster cards, you should put Relinquished in your deck. Both cards are good cards, but its up to you to pick which card is the best.

Heavy storm no contest. It is almost a staple. It could quite possibly give you card advantage. While relinquish could as well, it is a -2 to summon and too unreliable. Don is good but there are too many sakuretse armors in our game for it to be great. Airknight falls to Sakeretsu, trap hole, bottomless, and it is a tribute. Heavy storm is the best.

Relinnquished because it can absorb a monsters power and bring it to your side to increase Relinquished attack.
