I really hate them and would do just about anything to see them lose, but the Damn arrogant Aussies will destroy every team and win another freakin trophy. When will the other teams step up??????

Australia have been the controlling force in both forms of the game for some time now, and my money would be on them to win in 2007. South Africa are also a good one day side; who could forget that chase of 438/9 against the Aussies last year. Pakistan and India offer competition for the trophy, whilst the hosts cannot be overlooked. New Zealand and England are both too weak to win the cup, although one or both might get to the super eight. Sri Lanka are also a real threat; with Sanath Jayasuriya, Kumar Sangakkara, Chaminda Vaas and Muttiah Muralitharan they should not be discounted. Australia are the obvious favourites, but I wouldn't place any bets.

Of course Australia, Australia are ruling the world in International Cricket. Even though 2 of Australia's best ODI(One Day International) players have retired, Australia look Still the No.1 in the World. Specially when some young players have joined the team, Australia became better like Nathan Bracken and Cameron White.

Aus i hope but we have haven't had any real challenge to the lead up.....Aus have shown they can b vulnerable @ tyms & now they r starting to swap the team around like they did the last world cup. We were lucky to get away wiv the win against New Zealand the other nyt but 1's again Hussey to the rescue. Our top order hasn't shown any form leading up to the world cup we have been lucky it's been the Poms & kiwi's who dnt have the attack force like the Aus do.

Australia are an AWESOME and dominant side- it would take a whole lot of luck, determination and pure skill to beat them at this rate.
So going on form, I would have to say AUSTRALIA.
As for who I would LIKE to win the World Cup: SOUTH AFRICA
