someone has broken into my email accounts as well as my bank accounts. i know who it is and want a restraining order NOW. is that enough?

I am pretty sure you have to have solid proof to file a restraining order! You need to change all your passwords to something this person will not know! Your bank account on the other hand is a serious issue......you should call your bank and see if they can find out where the account was logged into, from! If they can tell you that I am pretty sure you can do something about that legally! I hope that helps!! CHANGE YOUR PASSWORDS NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this person who is stalking you if he/she has threatened you in any way, and stalking you, aganst the law. u can do 1 of 2 things.u need an order of protection u can get at no cost to you, by going to general sessions court, or circut court an telling them whats going on. they will serve that person with the order of protection an if they violate that order , will go to jail. on the stalking, u need to get an arrest warrent called a state warrent and have that person put in jail. but a restraining order is no good. god bless, and be carefull.

You my friend have identify thief keep all records get a police report 911, close all your bank accounts , Have your bank help you with your credit reports to flag your accounts .[File criminal charges] .good luck been there
