Crackerman is meant to signify a drug dealer that sells crack cocain. The song is about killing this crackerman and burying him.
Pusherman is another term for a drug dealer, Weiland just put his own cool twist on it. Scott Weiland's lyrics could very well be considered some of the most influential and legendary for our time.
I do not respect those that demean someone because of the drug they happen to take. Rock lyrics are not black, white and simple like rap lyrics. You have to dig deeper to find meanings.
