Any ideas would be great.

Examples: Limits on how many children they can have, no cash to spend on movies, restaurants etc.. What do you think?

Yes, their are way to many people out there that are faking it to the hilt, so they can live off of assistance. Many people that work have no money to go to the movies or eat out. How fair is that, kinda would take away the incentive to work, wouldn't it.

Yes.... Without a doubt. Assistance should be for people who really try and just have a hard time getting ahead. Regarding kids....I don't think we should limit because that's not right, but if people are on assistance, there needs to be regular household checks to make sure the kids are being taken care of properly. I am tired of people popping out babies and getting medical for free and food assistance, etc while the rest of us not only have to pay everything plus our rates are higher so others can get free services. If the system makes it easy for people, they will keep having more and more kids because they will get more and more assistance. It's a catch 22. There should be a cap $$ of like 4 kids... so if you have 5 or 20 you get paid for 4. I know it's not the kids fault and I surely don't want the kids to suffer, but if the parents couldn't afford them and knew the $$ wasn't going to go up, maybe they would think a little harder before the next baby. AND I think birth control is WAY to expensive. They should pass out birth control out like candy... I think it would help a lot if people could afford them. Movies and restaurants are luxuries not necessities... Food stamps and such should only be able to be used at grocery stores and should only be good on milk, bread, meat, etc... Soda, candy, chips, all that crap should be excluded... We need to force people to eat healthy so they won't have any unnecessary medical issues in the future (which they won't have to pay for anyway). One last comment: I don't think anything should be for free. Everyone should have to pay to have a baby. If you can't pay all at once, then you make payments like the rest of us. If not, hospitals need to be able to garnish wages. It's not acceptable for people to get away with that. Also, there needs to be strict penalties for the scum Dr's. and lawyers that file false claims and lawsuits on behalf of people who take the system for granted. It really pisses me off. could go on and on... but I'm done as I have to get back to work so I can pay for medical insurance, food, clothes, transportation, etc for my family. BYE!
