hi, i have a ps2 and i want to know what types of cds will it play if i burn them, i want to buy dvd disks. so if i burn a movie and then play them onto the ps2, which one should i buy? dvd+r or dvd-r? which programm should i use? NERO? thanks in advance, bye

Well if you have the older version of the PS2 it wont play DVDs (burnt) but it will play real movies, the new ones play both(copies and originals)

Well, get dvd+r because it has better compatability sometimes. Put the DVD movie in (don't play it). You should download DVD shrink to make a virtual .iso image of the dvd on your pc. Now take the DVD movie out. Then download Daemon Tools, and use that to play this virtual image. If the dvd plays fine, then unmount the drive from Daemon Tools (bottom right icon). Put the empty dvd+rw disk in now. Use NERO after this. Close the window in NERO, and click File-Open. Open the .iso image. Then, it should be pretty straight forward. You should delete the .ISO image of the DVD after making the copy because it is like the real DVD on you hard drive-it takes up around 4 gb.
