I like it best when I add some juice in combination with Southwest sauce. My gal Melrose can tell you all about how I love having her special juice all the time.

Subway's Chipotle Southwest Sauce
1 1/4 cups 10 min 10 min prep
Change to: cups US Metric
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 ounce Dijon mustard
1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
1 ounce chipotle chiles in adobo, pureed
1/4 ounce fresh garlic, minced
salt, to taste
Combine mayonnaise, mustard, lime juice, chipotle and garlic.
Add salt to taste.
Cover and chill before sandwich preparation, or before using as a salad dressing.

Chipotles (pronounced chee-POHT-lehs) are smoke-dried jalapeño chilis used primarily in Mexican and Mexican-inspired cuisine.
jalapeno always have had a wonderful flavor, if some people knew they were eating Jalapeno's I sure they wouldn't even try it.

Because there is high fructose corn syrup in it. This is sweet and addictive.
High fructose corn syrup is found in sodas along with sugar and caffeine. All three are addictive and cause blood sugars to go high. All three are bad for all of us.
