Go to the Lexmark website and find the downloads and support. As a last resort, you could remove all your Lexmark software through add/remove programs, then do a reinstall of the software for your printer directly from their website. Hope this helps.

Go to the lexmark website, locate the driver, and download it. Make sure your cables are plugged in tightly.
