We throw all sorts of stuff on the smoker very early in the day... ribs, chicken, sauage . Baked potatoes with all the toppings on the side. Cole slaw, and yes salad for the ladies still trying to drop those holiday pounds. Of course, ice cold beer in the wash tub.

Ribs, wings, pre-made subs, deviled eggs. Anything you can pick up hold a napkin under it and eat it using your fingers, no utensils. Cut everything up and put it on plates or platters so people just have to pick it up and eat it.

I like appetizers, just put out a tray of motzarella sticks, chips and dip, cheese and crackers, pigs in a blanket, ect.

We do "Wild Game Fair", Crawfish boil, boudain, and my dish is teriyaki soaked, cream cheese stuffed jalapeno wrapped with duck breast and bacon, then roasted.
But some folks like frozen pizza...
