Visit watefalls (Dunns River, Y's Falls or Mayfield) closest to where you stay, caves with underground lakes and springs (like Roaring River cave). Parasailing or riding jet ski's. Bonfire on the beach with some grilled lobster or a bottle of HQ or Alize :-)

Be very careful and only go on guided tours. Striking out on your own could be a problem as there is a huge crime problem in Jamaica.

Visit Rose hall and the Ocho Rios falls too. Then you can decide how adverturesome you want to be. Windboarding, parasailing or just a lazy ride on a boat.
