I read your link. Very interesting, and I think a possible great and enlightened idea. We do not really take poverty on, and this is one possible solution. Thanks.

I think that they are brainwashed, they hear all the time from the likes of Rush Limbaugh, Shawn Hanity, and Fox News that this is a myth but, embedded in every tax cut is a much larger tax cut for the very wealthy and the large corporations. That's the truth of the matter. Supply side economics is never the answer to the nations money woe's, and as a matter of fact has always resulted in a recession and as a matter of fact if wasn't for the fueling the war machine we would be in a much deeper recession then we are in right now.

If you were a US citizen you would see the US is in the midst of its strongest economy ever based upon supply side theory economics. Only those naive of economics understands how and why it works. JFK was a proponent of supply side economics.

Nations do not create their own wealth, nor do they create jobs, they need a healthy business environment. Without corporations there would be no jobs and no government since no jobs means no tax base.

You should educate yourself instead of just repeating leftist anti-American slogans.

When our corporations are doing well the government does well. It also means stronger growth on a national level, we are not growing double digits, but it means a healthy economy that could provide job growth or reinvestment into companies.

These are arguments for it, but on a side note, I dislike big business but they sure do a lot for me so I am conflicted. My family lives very well from the largest healthcare provider in my area but it is true that lower end workers do suffer to increase growth. But we must also look at large layoffs when companies that do not do well. This means that for a company to provide wealth for its workers, it must be in a good financial position.

Corporations are neither evil nor good, they are in the business to make money as efficiently as possible for their shareholders, we as the workers really do not equate in the equation.

They're mostly Bushbots but some are just mainstay republicans.

They're content until their world is turned upside down and then you'll see them crying on Dr. Phil and asking why me? why meeee?

People it's OK to memorize the economics 101 book but you need to know how to apply it to real life scenarios.

I think you are goofy. The grammar is bad. Your questions do not make sense. There are not multiple forms of capitalism.

I dont believe in "corporate welfare". It is a myth (i.e. does not exist)

It's just another leftwing buzzword created to spread misinformation like "living wage"
