GPS - satnav?

Question

HAs anyone any experience of ANY satnav system that covers Eastern Europe - Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus, Ukraine and if possible Russia and Kazakhstan.

What I would like is one fully loaded fully functional unit all preloaded but I am getting the run around so far.

I am not 100% sure but look at the Tom Tom gps units.

If that doesn't work you need to find a gps unit that works with the GLONASS (hope I got that spelled right) system satellites. These have more orbits over the eastern blocks.
