Don't ask medical advice from anyone you don't know, it is dangerous, find someone who you trust and ask them to see someone locally. If it is that serious than see someone who is schooled in behavior.

As hard as it is, you're going to have to ask your doctor face to face...but don't be embarrassed, they went to med school for many, many years so they could answer your question, and it would be doing their job to help you out. :]
