I need to renew passion in my life and being around familiarity and my history is sometimes distracting for focus. Is a change in scenery recommended.

Follow your heart and do what makes you happy.

I think it is a great life experience to live somewhere other than "home."

In the long run I don't think it really matters where you are. If you move, things will be new and fresh for a while, and sooner or later you'll feel like you do now,,, again.

A little getaway to a different place for a weekend, or week could do you some good. Get away from firmiliarity, have time for yourself.

Change is good, and most things can be undone. I vote for a change of scenery. I did it myself, and i is hard, but you need to leave your comfort level/area to really stretch yourself.

You can always go back. Things change around you regardless if you stay or leave. Change is constant.

It doesn't matter, where you are.
You should be able to change the things within yourself. For example, if you are coffee drinker, you should be able to stop coffee. You should be able to change your sleeping hours or change your internet surfing habits. You might want to talk with different people daily. Changes within yourself, will help you to create new history for yourself.

i think it's great to see other places and months or years away make home much more enjoyable.

In many ways though your problems do follow you, can't escape yourself. Wherever you go, there you are. Only Pan could escape his shadow but then he wanted it back.
