Hillary care what we think about health care??? You mean the woman that had the answers in 1993 and held closed door meetings that violated the law because she was going to fix it then?? PR stunt. Scan the first few pages of answers. It all boils down to make it affordable, doctors make too much, pharmaceuticals make too much. No real substantive answers. This is all part of the makeover of Hillary's public image as someone who listens and is concerned. After all, she's the most famous person we don't know...just ask her. :)

I tend to be rather cynical about these things. I believe for Hillary Clinton it is a PR move. Some "voters" will read about it and say, "She really cares about us," and so they tend to think that's another reason to support her run for President. In reality, a solution will only be found when President, Representatives and Senators start putting people and this country ahead of their desires to do whatever it takes to get elected. No one person, whether President or congressman will solve the health care crisis.

The biggest issues are the kick backs politicians receive to resist universal health care. Besides that it would only help the average citizen. There is no reason we should hold something as materialistic as money over somebody's health. That is just plain sickening. What's even more sickening is all of the Christians who talk about family values and how Jesus loves everybody, but at the same time would rather see children die then know they received free health care.

i don't think she gives a damn what we think, want or need. all pr smoke, mirrors with her and her old man. oh sure she will read them, the ones she likes she will use and give no credit to the person/ persons who submit the advise, the others she will use for TP. and who told u there was a crisis i have been all over the world and have seen true failing health systems and ours is not one, period. if Americans actually saw how well they had it they would shut the hell up. anyone anywhere can get health care they just have to go to any er the problem is the cost of pharmaceuticals, and the thought by some people that they should get med tx for elective tx

I read some of the responses. I agree with most - Hillary doesn't care. Some one here wrote she is too egotistical to do that - exactly. I couldn't have said it better. But in my opinion, Bill Clinton was a smarter president than most we have had. I do not think that Bill and Hillary, besides being in the same party have much in common. I have had enough of corrupt republican politics. Dick Cheney and his pals have made a lot of money at our expense - we need change. No more kids dying in Iraq, no more oil prices going up - we've had enough!!

Hillary only cares about herself. Everything she does is posturing and PR. She has no principles and will say or do anything to get more power.
Before Bill Clinton's campaign, she called herself Hillary Rodham. While her husband was running she portrayed a conservative stay at home mother as Hillary Clinton. When he was in office, she portrayed a liberal enabler as Hillary Rodham Clinton and played games with FBI files. As senator of a state she never lived in, she spoke as a centrist on issues to appear moderate for her predictable presidential run.
The only reason she stayed with BJ was to stay connected to power. If she can control healthcare she will control the largest expenditure of our country. Control the money, control the country. Hillary does NOT care about our health but will say she does if we will vote for her.
People do not believe Hillary, they fear her. No scruples, no values, no principles, NO TRUST.

It definitely was, she's not fooling anyone with a decent IQ. It would be a tragic day in America's history if she wins the election. But at least within 2 years it'll be proven to those who think we can have free health care and all the other handouts she promises, but doesn't explain where the money will come from to pay for all the handouts. I truly think and hope that most of the Americans realize that. Not too much its also going to be sad when our country gets attacked again because she'll make out troops and heroes leave the war. Then the other terrorists can train and plot more attacks. If Hillary isn't a under cover terrorist, I would be surprised. Now you may laugh, but really think about. They will do anything and I think its all part of a master terrorist plot.

There's no doubt that Hillary cares, but a solution will only come from the ideas (brainstorming) of others. Ideally, a group of young staffers will scan these responses, extract the continuum of ideas, suggestions, and recommendations and pull together various point papers and policy recommendations for Hillary's consideration.
Is this PR? I think it's more fact finding. Again, good ideas don't come from inside a vacumn, but from a consensus of those who are willing to give it serious consideration.
I'm a career military officer (28 years) and see on a daily basis that when there's a problem, a good leader looks towards his/her followers (in this case citizens) for suggestions and recommendations.

Yes I do, when her husband was President, their goal was to get health insurance for all Americans. Yes I feel Hillary will read some of these comments. I don't think the health care issue is a PR move by her staff. I would vote for her!

Not just Hilary, all politicians use PR stunts or photo ops to gain supports from the people. Don't blame them. Americans judge their politicians on how skillful they are at PR. Even if this is a PR stunt, the fact that she shows some respect for public opinions and cares enough to ask the question would make her a more effective leader than an arrogant and stubborn leader who makes decisions based on the false assumption that he/she knows what's best for the country and what's best for people even public polls show otherwise?
