Is it just me or have we gotten so wrapped up in this "WAR" that we have forgotten all about finding OSAMA BIN LADEN? We never hear anything about him anymore except when he makes a new threatening video?

Many Americans need to realize that this is the Presidents plan and it's worked. If everything is about the war, then it deflects attention from Bin Laden. It's by plan and Americans are being fooled daily by it, and it's embarrassing.
The right wing are blindly following the prez in anything he does which is an embarrassment because many in his own party are saying he's full of it.
If they had a 10th of the troops that they want to send to Iraq go to Afghanistan they'd find him.
Also it's a touchy situation. The Bush's and many Republicans are in bed with the Saudi's and almost every terrorist group has ties to the Saudi's. It's not a big thing for the president because they've always wanted to take over Iraq. We are NEVER getting out of Iraq. We're already in the works building large installations there and Iraq is going to be our hub to the middle east.
Instead, we have our President lying in speech after speech insinuating and even earlier in his presidency SAYING that Iraq and 911 were directly linked. It's a bold face lie. This is the most corrupt administration in the history of the U.S.

Incredible..I have been arguing this exact point all day with idiots on here that believe the war in Iraq is justified... Did you know that three days ago the United Nations said over 30,000 civilians were killed in Iraq in the past year. Civilian is defined as an unarmed, innocent person. Incredible and Osama is running around free.

It is known that he is hiding in an area between Afghanistan and Pakistan. The Pakistan government, who are supposedly, our allies does not want that area bombed or threatened in any way.
Therefore, our present administration is obliging them due to misguided loyalties.

I think it goes much deeper than this. Check out information following 911 on how his family was protected and taken out of the U.S. for awhile. To over-simplify, this whole tragedy in the Middle East spells O I L.

They are hunting for him. The hounds who found saddam are now hunting bin but there are lines we can't cross of the liberals will cry foul.
They still think we should be gentlemen and fight like gentlemen.
Something like the Brits did in our war for independence while we hide behind rocks and such.
