Knit to end means knit to the end of the row, using the standard knit stitch, without decreasing or increasing or doing any other type of pattern stitch. Knit one knit stitch into every stitch you have left on your needle, leaving no stitches from the row below unworked.

In the first place it says to knit to end, it means knit the standard knit stitch in each stitch on your needle, however many that is. Because you are adding that yo (one stitch increase) in each row, you are adding one extra stitch per row, thus making the piece one stitch wider as you go along. So, every row will be longer by one stitch and therefore the number of stitches you knit to the end will be more in each row.

So, in every row, knit to end will mean basically that you are knitting to the end of a longer and longer row as the piece gets wider and wider. Don't leave any stitches from the row below that is on your needle unworked, as you go along.

Turn your work at the end of each row and get ready to start the next row. You'll make the next increase or yo in that new row, wherever it calls for it in the pattern.

Then in row 127, you will start to do the reverse, and begin decreasing the piece, making it smaller by one stitch per row.

In the 1st decrease row (row 127), they're telling you your decreases are taking place near the beginning of every row.

After you make the decrease near the start of the row, you simply use the standard knit stitch to the end of the row, before turning your work and beginning on the next row.

Instead of doing the added yo as you did before, you are using the k2tog (knit 2 stitches together), stitch, thus decreasing the size of the piece by one stitch per row. Just make the k2tog stitch wherever the pattern calls for it, then simply knit one knit stitch into every stitch left on your needle. Do not yo anywhere in the row, do not do any other k2tog stitches,, just knit the simple knit stitch till you reach the end of thr ow, then turn the work and begin your next row.

I hope that made sense.

Do knit stitch until the end of the row.

ie... Next Decrease Row: Knit 2, k2tog, yo, k2tog, knit each stitch to the end of the row.
