1. not necessarily restricted but highly recommended
2. preferably but if not prefer Indigenous People
3. no as the law should be written for the benefit of the Children.
4 think there would be questions later in life
5 not necessarily wrong but there might be problems and concerns later in life.

3. A child is going to adapt and adjust to their surroundings regardless of race. Race is irrelavent.
4. No, there are too many foster children to worry about something as petty as race.

i dont know. i would choose my child by either which one i just fall in love with at the first meeting, or one that needs help.
yes. i at least would not support it
i think the child's behavior would be influenced by the parent(s) so yeah, maybe.
not at all.
