In my opinion, I think that John McCain is most likely to win the GOP nomination in 2008. He is just right enough to encompass most of the republican views with some moderate views. He was in the American armed forces which gives him standing with veterans and enlistees of today. Also he will have support by the Repblicans. He in my opinion will be the one to receive the nomination of the GOP in 2008.

What does it matter. George Bush has driven the Republican party backwards for the last six years. By the time he is done with his eight, the Republican party will be the pariahs of the political arena. They have not listened to the people, have ignored what the average American wants and needs, in order to pursue an agenda that is bankrupting this country both economically and morally. Who in the Republican party can we trust now?. They are all on the Illegal alien amnesty bandwagon, the kill all middle easterner band wagon, and the lets spend all the money getting oil out of the other side of the world bandwagon.

McCain has been walking the walk and talking the talk for a while now. We will see if the far right gives him enough support to get the nomination.
Much will depend on who the Democrats support.

It depends on whether Republicans want a moderate or a conservative. Both Mitt and Rudy are from blue states and have their liberal times. McCain is also liberal but he just came in fifth in a poll in his home state. When the running gets started, I think Duncan Hunter has the best shot.

Who cares? Bush has screwed up the country so bad, Jesus and Santa Claus could run on the GOP ticket and lose.

I'm hoping McCain because he is behind Bush in terms of the war. He may seem strong now, but I think the more he backs the war in Iraq the more he dooms himself in terms of running for president. Also he used to be someone who openly criticized his own party, but now he's just one of their clowns.

Guliani is the best so far. I wish Colin Powell will get back in the game. Condi is pretty cool. She is the right girl for the job.
